Return & Refund Policy

At BeastNutrition.pk, customer satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. While we ensure that every product is 100% authentic and carefully packed, we understand that issues may sometimes occur. This policy explains when and how you can request a return or refund.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged during delivery.

  • The product packaging/seal is intact and unopened.

⚠️ Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements.


Request Timeline

  • Customers must request a return within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will either:

    • Send a replacement product, or

    • Process a refund through your original payment method (in case of prepaid orders).

  • Refunds may take 5–10 working days depending on your bank/payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used supplements

  • Products with tampered or broken seals

  • Products returned after 48 hours of delivery

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sales (unless damaged/wrong item sent)

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
